Turn off the elevator and ride Appliances

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - Turning off the elevator to third floor and up the stairs every time I was inside the building can be an alternative for those who do not have time to exercise. The campaign invites people to Jakarta, especially those living or working in urban buildings, to pick up the stairs rather than elevators. Or use the elevator started from the third floor upwards. In the event launch, the Deputy Governor of Control of Population and Housing Province of DKI Jakarta Margani Muhammad Mustard expressed support for the campaign. "The Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta appreciate this event, which will someday be used as the culture. The impact will be wider, reducing energy use, and life expectancy is higher end," he said. PT Kalbe Farma express, this campaign will be carried out continuously in some cities, like Jakarta, Bogor, Makassar, and Yogyakarta.

Matikan Lift dan Naik Tangga
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com — Mematikan lift hingga lantai tiga dan naik tangga setiap kali berada dalam gedung dapat menjadi alternatif bagi mereka yang tidak sempat berolahraga. Selain menghemat energi, kebiasaan itu menjadikan tubuh lebih bugar dan sehat. Demikian salah satu kampanye yang diusung PT Kalbe Farma Tbk selaku produsen Fatigon Hydro, minuman isotonik alami yang berasal dari air kelapa, dalam kampanye kesehatan mereka "Get Up Get Active" yang diluncurkan di Jakarta, Rabu (7/4/2010).

Kampanye tersebut mengajak masyarakat Jakarta, khususnya mereka yang berada atau bekerja di gedung perkotaan, untuk memilih naik tangga daripada lift. Atau menggunakan lift mulai dari lantai tiga ke atas. "Selain masyarakat di gedung perkantoran dapat bergerak aktif, kegiatan itu juga turut mendukung gerakan hemat energi," ujar Marketing Director PT Kalbe Farma Widjanarko Lokadjadja.

Diharapkan, kampanye "Get Up Get Active" yang diluncurkan bersamaan dengan Hari Kesehatan Dunia dapat menumbuhkan kembali budaya cinta olahraga di Indonesia dan meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya bergerak aktif dan olahraga. Kampanye ini juga didukung Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta dan Komunitas Bike to Work Indonesia.

Dalam acara peluncurannya, Deputi Gubernur Bidang Pengendalian Kependudukan dan Permukiman Provinsi DKI Jakarta Margani Muhammad Mustar menyatakan dukungan terhadap kampanye tersebut. "Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta mengapresiasi kegiatan ini, yang suatu saat akan dijadikan budaya. Dampaknya akan lebih luas, mengurangi penggunaan energi, dan ujungnya harapan hidup lebih tinggi," katanya. PT Kalbe Farma menyampaikan, kampanye ini akan dilaksanakan berkesinambungan di beberapa kota, seperti Jakarta, Bogor, Makassar, dan Yogyakarta.
